Our Property

We are 10 minutes from Delaware Memorial and Commodore Barry Bridges. Our farm was established in 1991 by Bill & Kate, the owners, who live on site.

We have security cameras stationed all around the property for the safety of your and your horse. The property is 40 acres with 30 pastures - four of which are single horse fields- all with run ins. The barn has 5 12x12 stalls with turnouts available day and night. Each pasture has frost-proof hydrants, with water troughs that are cleaned and refreshed every other day.

Boarders have access to 14 acres of wooded level 1 jump courses, 1/4 mile grass track, out door sand arena with flood lights, walled round pen, two open round pens, obstacle course, and 38 miles of trails on 575 acres of park land that are available on gps maps for convenience.
