The Stables
- Box stalls are 12' x 12', well
ventilated with smooth reinforced stall walls for the chewer
or kicker, with 1" grated dividers
(not 4" spaced bars), keeping all the boarders safe from
other boarders.
- A well lighted 12' hallway to allow safe passage for everyone.
- Easy water access inside the stable.
- Two conveniently located tack rooms, with a changing room
& wind protected tie downs for
easy saddling outside the tack rooms.

- Outside the barn a 100' x 100' lighted post and board paddock.
- A 60' lit lunge pen with 7' high stockade fence
for safe exercising of your horse.
- A 1/4 mile fenced track on premises for those longer workouts.
- 100' x 200' lighted eventing arena with cavalettis
and jumps.
- Well labeled trails are on the farm, through the 14 wooded
acres and around the entire 40 acre facility.
- For additional riding, public parkland is adjacent
to the farm with 450+ beautiful wooded acres to ride on.
